At Kirton Games, we respect the rights of designers and creators. Many of the designs available on Cults3D and Thingiverse are subject to licenses, which define how these files are shared, credited, and used. Not all designs are free of copyrights, and every design is governed by its own license.
Designers are the rights holders of their files under the copyright laws. By applying a license, they dictate how their files are shared and used by the members.
Members who download files from Cults3D and Thingiverse must abide by the licenses chosen by the designers. They must ensure that their use, attribution, and sharing of the downloaded files comply with the stipulated license.
These licenses fall into two categories: licenses for free digital files and licenses for paid digital files.
