Kirton Games Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kirton Games. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). 

2. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

• 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
• (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
• if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Kirton Games, [86 High Street, Crediton, EX17 3LB], without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exemptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• Event tickets. Individual terms and conditions for events are included on the event listing.

Pokemon Fair Purchasing & Automated Ordering Policy

At Kirton Games, our aim is to ensure that as many genuine players, collectors and hobbyists as possible have fair access to our products.

Purchase Limits

Where purchase limits are displayed, they apply per customer, household and delivery address unless otherwise stated.

Automated Purchasing Software

The use of automated purchasing software, bots, scripts or similar tools to place or attempt to place orders is prohibited unless expressly authorised by Kirton Games.

Customers are responsible for any orders placed using third-party software or automated purchasing tools. We are unable to cancel or refund orders solely because they were placed unintentionally using such software.

Circumventing Purchase Limits

We reserve the right to refuse, amend or cancel any order where we reasonably believe a customer has attempted to circumvent purchase limits or gain an unfair purchasing advantage. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of:

• Multiple customer accounts.
• Multiple names or identities.
• Multiple email addresses.
• Multiple payment methods.
• Multiple delivery addresses or collection arrangements intended to bypass limits.
• Automated purchasing software, bots or scripts.
• Any other method designed to evade purchasing restrictions.

Where duplicate or linked orders are identified, we may cancel some or all affected orders at our discretion and issue a full refund where payment has already been taken.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and ensure fair access to products, Kirton Games reserves the right to carry out reasonable verification checks before dispatching orders. Orders that cannot be verified or which appear to breach this policy may be delayed or cancelled.

Fair Pricing

Wherever possible, new Pokémon Trading Card Game products are sold at the manufacturer's Recommended Retail Price (RRP). As products become out of print or difficult to source, prices may reflect current market conditions, availability and replacement costs. We review pricing regularly to ensure it remains fair, transparent and competitive.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
