UK Delivery

Kirton Games currently ships throughout the United Kingdom.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

• In-stock products: Typically dispatched within 2 working days.
• Products ordered from our suppliers: If available from our suppliers, these are typically dispatched within 3–4 working days.
• Pre-orders: Dispatched in time to arrive on or shortly after the official release date where possible.

Where an item has a longer estimated lead time, this will normally be displayed on the product page. While we make every effort to meet these timescales, dispatch estimates are subject to supplier availability and may occasionally vary.

Delivery Methods

Orders are sent using Royal Mail or a reputable courier service, depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Available delivery options and charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains items with different availability, we may:

• Hold your order until all items are available for dispatch; or
• Dispatch available items separately at our discretion.

If your order is likely to be significantly delayed, we'll contact you to discuss the available options.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we'll investigate the shipment with the delivery carrier.
