The Scone Wars Episode 3 The Rise of Sconewalker - Saturday 5th April

Scone Wars, Episode 3 The 2nd Devon leg of Scone Wars is upon us! Come and join us for the continuing fight of Jam first vs Cream First. This is a fun experience where one team will fight for the glory of having Jam before Cream on your scone vs the Cream before Jam team (the wrong way). You don’t have to be from Devon or Cornwall just sign up for who you think is right! So far it is 1 victory each so the war is yet to be decided! Members from each team will be paired up and the most games won by a team will make the losing team eat their scones the wrong way (please declare any food allergies at the start of the day).

There will also be prizes for the top 3 players from each team in the form of store vouchers and other sponsors prize support (TBA). The winning team will be added to the scone trophy and have it displayed at their local store.

Game 1 10- 12:30

Lunch 12:30 - 13:00

Game 2 13:00 - 15:30

Break 15:30 -16:00

Game 3 16:00 - 18:30

When booking tickets, please state whether you want to play for Jam or Cream first. If no side is entered you will be randomly allocated. In the case of uneven teams volunteers will be asked to even up the sides. VPs are the second tie breaker for ranking, followed by scone points followed by kill points End of each round team scores will be announced so you know how you are doing as a team I’ll be telling you how much time you have left periodically through the game, should be through turn 1 by 1 hour to get through all 5 turns It’ll be Swiss between teams after the first round Rules for scone points and interactions will be announced in the brief
